- Fully insulated -Reflectix Insulation inside the cover blocks 97% of radiant heat from damaging your cover and increases efficiency by projecting the heat and energy into the room. Class 1A fire rated. 100% vapor/noncarcinogenic
- Traditional, Mission and Shaker styles are all made with 3/4" solid wood of your choice.
- Painted covers are made with Poplar frames, sides and lids are MDF. Poplar is an excellent hardwood and allows for nice smooth paint finish. MDF is widely used in cabinets and is the most stable for temperature and humidity changes. It resists shrinking, glue lines and warping. Solid wood option also available.
- The best glue and pocket hole joinery make them a cover that will stay together and last forever.
